COVID-19:

The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are:
a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
If you have any of these symptoms, get a test to check if you have coronavirus and stay at home until you get your result.

Please follow the latest Government guidance with regards to social distancing and reduce the overall risk by:

*Wear a mask on drop off and collection
*Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds
*Use hand gel where necessary (Children/staff will use hand gel when entering and leaving the nursery.)
*Cough/sneeze into a tissue and dispose of straight away – catch it, bin it, kill it
*If you feel unwell or display any of the symptoms mentioned above let the nursery straight away and stay at home.
*If you have been in contact with someone who has a positive result then please isolate for 10 days and have a test before returning back to nursery. Please forward the negative result on. It is extremely difficult for the Early Years sector being on the frontline and remaining open throughout the current lockdown. It is therefore extremely important that you follow the guidelines and work towards keeping everyone safe as well as yourselves.

The lockdown rules are changing as of the 17th May in England which will then allow people meeting in groups of up to 30 outdoors, and six people or two households can meet indoors, with overnight stays allowed.

For the time being we are still restricting all but essential access to the setting to minimize risk as far as possible and we thank you for your understanding with this.
